I wanted to take a moment and share with you all of the work that has been put into this specific issue. This past season was clearly one for the record books. We don’t want to forget that at all but time does go on and we have to look toward the future. We want to assure that this next season will be even better than the last!

With that being said, please be on the lookout for the new information that will be released. We really look forward to your thoughts opinions and any advice that you may have.

WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS! It still hasn’t sunk in…
This next season could be the most important for the Chicago Cubs…was it all just luck? Can we do it again? We won’t know until October, but there are some steps we can take now to be sure that our fan base doesn’t change.
Our guys are superheroes to young children and saviors to the elders who have been waiting for this moment for 108-years. They are the boys who got things done-they are the ones who brought the championship home.
This year will be important for many reasons; however, our main goal is to keep our fans, grow our culture and touch lives.
Our goal is to make our 2017 Chicago Cubs team gives back to the community. We want them engaging in service, helping the community and bettering themselves and the name of our program.
We want out fans to stick by us in good times and in bad, we think that one way to do this is by making the people fall in love with the compassion and care that our men have.
Coaching staff, players and all of our incredibly well known higher-ups will be scheduled to complete on average, two hours of community service a week.
Chicago is home to children hospitals, homeless shelters, orphanages and so much more. We are in the perfect location to take action.
This mission will be effective starting on July 1st, 2017. Thank you for the support and dedication that you show day in and day out for this program. If there are any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to email me at grace.schofield@drake.edu.
